Individual therapy
Regular sessions for individuals to process their thoughts and feelings, develop skills, and work towards their goals. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Sliding scale available for those that need it.

Intake session/Diagnostic Assessment
Completed in the first session, required before beginning therapy. I will complete a biopsychosocial assessment to provide a mental health diagnosis and determine initial needs. Sliding scale available for those that need it.

Letters for Medical Transition
For individuals looking for only mental health clearance/letters to proceed with medical transition and not seeking ongoing therapy. For those in ongoing therapy, please ask about pricing for letter(s).
Package deal includes: diagnostic assessment and letter(s).
